What happens during a life coaching session?Our journey begins by assessing your current situation and clarifying your vision for the future. I ask thought-provoking questions to challenge assumptions, spark your insights, and explore your options. To support this process, I integrate multiple techniques and modalities, such as grounding and emotional and release techniques, to help you stay grounded and focused. Once we define your goals and milestones, you’ll commit to specific action steps to take before our next session. In each meeting, we’ll review your progress, celebrate successes, and adjust the plan as needed to ensure you achieve your desired outcomes. Most new clients start with an initial session to discuss and evaluate options that fit their goals and budget. All sessions are hosted via Zoom, making them accessible from anywhere in the world.
